Awareness Terms & Conditions
Takamul assists innovators by increasing their awareness about the importance and mechanics of Intellectual Property (IP) and patents through IP workshops for industry and academia. These seminars present the mechanics of IP protection, covering subjects such as copyrights, trademarks, designs, trade secrets and patents in great depth. The main objective is to provide local inventors with a better understanding of the patent laws, patent filing process and how they can protect their innovations, both in the UAE and internationally.
THE APPLICATION PROCESS
APPLICATION
Entity to fill out application form that provides details of required awareness sessions and targeted audiences.
CONUDTING SESSIONS
DED will review the submitted application and agree on a suitable time and venue with the applicant and accordingly conducts the sessions.
FEEDBACK
Once a session is completed, DED will request a feedback about conducted session for improvement.
